The payment is held by the platform until the job is confirmed done. No money changes hands before both sides agree.

Verified identities

Work Partners must complete identity verification (KYC) and a selfie check before they can apply. No anonymous accounts.

Automatic moderation

Jobs and conversations are screened to prevent fraud, harmful content, and deals taken off the platform.

Two-way ratings

Posters and Work Partners rate each other. An anti-retaliation design reveals both ratings at once, so they stay honest.

Dispute process

If something goes wrong, there's a tiered resolution path. The money stays held throughout.

Wallet & withdrawals

Payments land in the Work Partner's wallet and are withdrawn to a verified bank account. Every transaction is recorded.
